Rainier Plateau Junior Rugby

We are running out of time to establish an official Rainier Rugby 7's team this summer but in a last effort to see who may be interested we will be holding a local practice later this week. This practice is open to those interested in playing in the three tournaments as well as others who just simply want to come and have a run. We will most likely be playing some touch rugby which is a great way to stay fit and sharpen your ball skills. Our goal is still to establish a 7's team but unless we recieve some more interest its unlikley. Instead we will setup a bi weekly touch rugby evening where anyone can attend and have some fun. These sessions are a great way to introduce friends to the game and club.

This weeks session is on Thursday 17th at 6.30pm. The location is the Lakeridge Middle School in Bonney Lake. The school is curently under construction but we have been approved to use the football field for practices. The address is listed below:

Also keep an eye on FOX FSN (channel 30) on my comcast as there is quite a bit of rugby on in the next few days. One of the games featured is the USA versus England B side.
