Canadian Rugby Tour South Okanagan Pa' Kit Rugby Tournament

WHEN: Wednesday March 31st - Sunday April 4th
WHERE: Penticton, Central British Columbia

About Penticton,BC - A four season destination for vacationers and business traveler's alike. Cradled within tree trimmed mountain slopes, dramatic cliffs, and bordered by two pristine lakes, Penticton offers her natural beauty all year round. The semi arid desert climate provides more than 2000 hours of sunshine each year to complement the myriad of cultural activities, international events, regional festivals, business conventions and good old fashioned relaxation.

Penticton is 182 miles directly north of Wenatchee.

WHAT: Canadian schools tournament featuring schools from throughout British Columbia that focuses less about winning and losing and more on ensuring a positive rugby experience for all. All teams are guaranteed a minimum of four matches. We will also plan non rugby activities around our tournament commitments.

ITINERARY: (Proposed)
Morning of Wednesday 31st travel by 12 passenger Rental vans to Wenatchee WA. Meal Break and then cross border into British Columbia Evening Check in Days Inn Penticton.

Thursday Afternoon - 1st match
Friday - 2nd and 3rd Match followed in evening by Tournament Party
Saturday Morning - 4th match -Final game
Sunday - Travel Day back to Bonney Lake by early evening.

Cost: $270
Includes all ground transportation,
Hotel & breakfast (2 players per room 2 beds in each)
Tournament entry fees
Team activities
Dinners each night
Tour Polo or performance shirt

Players responsible for own lunches, snacks and other misc expenses.
We will be scheduling at least two fundraising opportunities in February and March which will assist in reducing the overall tour cost. The total tour amount can be paid in one payment or in accordance with the milestone payment plan listed below. Alternatively you can pay it off using less payments than are listed below

US Passport Card: Valid entering the US, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean at land border crossings or sea ports. Not valid for International travel by air.
Cost for first time applicants $45 and valid for 10 years
Under 16    $35 valid for 5 years
